Shipping, in plain numbers

Each figure covers the last 30 days of your Shopify orders.

Paid against charged

What shoppers paid for shipping, what it cost you, and the gap you covered. Your cost uses the average per order you enter, so it is marked as an estimate.

Where free shipping should start

Zyro finds your free-shipping line from your own orders, or uses the one you enter. If many carts stop just under it, Zyro suggests a lower line and shows your cart sizes on a chart.

Late deliveries

The share of parcels that arrived late against their estimated date, plus average delivery days and on-time rate for each carrier. This needs tracking with an estimated delivery date.

Customs

Duties, country by country

Each figure covers your orders from the last 60 days.

Collected or left for the door

Orders abroad, the duties you collected at checkout, and orders abroad with no duties, where the shopper may pay at the door.

By country

Orders, sales and duties for each country, with who pays: checkout, at the door, or mixed. Countries are estimated from visit location and order language. Zyro never reads shoppers' addresses.

What to fix

When most orders to a country leave duties unpaid, Zyro suggests charging them at checkout and opens Shopify Markets. It also lists products sold abroad with no customs code.

Where does my shipping cost come from?
