Clear alerts, in plain words

Email, Slack, Discord or Telegram

Urgent problems, like a broken checkout, stopped tracking or a sharp drop in sales, send you an email. Add a Slack, Discord or Telegram webhook on your Zyro Connections page and the alert goes there too. Smaller findings, like a leaked code, wait for you in the app.

Mark fixed, or "This is expected"

Each problem shows what Zyro saw, a likely cause when it has one, and what it may cost per hour when Zyro can estimate it. Mark it fixed, or tell Zyro it was expected. Problems also close on their own once things look normal again.

Optional automatic pauses

You can let Zyro pause its own pop-ups and hold its own tests while your store is broken, so an outage does not skew your results. Zyro turns them back on when the problem clears. Both stay off until you switch them on.

Zyro never changes your prices or shipping. On Shopify, Watchdog also shows how many shoppers reach each checkout step and where most of them stop. On any other website with the Zyro snippet, it checks sales, tracking and page speed.

How often does Watchdog check my store?

Every 5 minutes. You can also press Check now in the app at any time.

Will Watchdog send false alarms?

Zyro waits until it knows your normal, and it only calls a sales drop when it is very unlikely to be chance. If a check does not have enough data yet, it says so instead of showing OK.

Does Watchdog cost extra?
