Where the money goes

Every sale, split five ways

Pick 7, 30 or 90 days. Zyro reads your Shopify orders, refunds and product costs, then shows where each dollar went.

Product cost

Zyro reads the cost per item you already keep in Shopify, once you allow it. Change any cost in Zyro, or set one default cost as a share of price.

Ads

Your Meta ad spend for the same days, once you connect Meta.

Shipping

Your average shipping cost per order, times your orders. Shown as an estimate.

Refunds

Taken from the refunds on your Shopify orders.

Fees

Your payment fee as a percent, plus a fixed amount per order. Shown as an estimate.

No guessing

Zyro shows profit only once it knows the cost of nearly everything you sold. Anything still missing is named on screen. Zyro does not fill gaps with its own guesses.

What to fix

Find the sales that cost you money

Products losing money

Zyro flags products that lose money on each sale after costs, and products refunded far more often than the rest of your store.

What ads claim, against real orders

For each channel, see what Meta claims beside what your Shopify orders confirm. Once your margin and Meta spend are known, Zyro adds a call: Keep, Spend more or Losing money.

Coupon leaks

Zyro flags a code used 3 times more than its normal week, or by 3 or more shoppers who came from coupon sites. On Starter and up, you can swap it for one-time codes.

Safe discounts

See the most you can take off your best sellers and still keep a 10% margin after cost, fees and shipping.

For Shopify stores

Profit needs order lines, refunds and product costs, which Zyro reads from Shopify. On other sites, Zyro shows revenue by channel instead.

Questions

Profit, answered

Do I have to type in all my product costs?

No. If you keep a cost per item in Shopify, Zyro reads it once you allow it. Costs you enter in Zyro always win. You can also set one default cost as a share of price.

Why does Zyro show sales instead of profit?

Zyro shows profit only once it knows the cost of nearly everything you sold, or you set a default cost. Until then it shows your sales and a short list of what to add.

Is Profit on the free plan?

Yes. Profit is included on every plan, Free too. Paid plans add tests and live offers.
