3. Pre-launch & Beta Service
IMPORTANT: You acknowledge that the Service may be in a pre-launch or "Beta" phase. You understand and agree that the Service may contain bugs, errors, and other problems. 4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You are also solely responsible for your website, its content, and ensuring you have an appropriate privacy policy for your own visitors. Zyro is a tool to help you grow your website, but you remain the owner and operator of your digital properties.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
- Using the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes on any third-party's intellectual property rights.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Service.
- Using the Service for any form of automated bulk messaging or "spam."
6. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it through your account management page or by contacting support.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding data from your website and content you generate), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zyro and its licensors.
7.1. User-Generated and AI-Generated Content
Our Service includes tools that allow you to generate written content ("AI-Generated Content"). You own the copyright to the specific articles and text you generate using the Service. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any AI-Generated Content is accurate, does not infringe on any third-party rights (such as plagiarism), and is appropriate for your use. Due to the nature of machine learning, AI-Generated Content may not be unique. Zyro makes no warranties about the uniqueness or factual accuracy of AI-Generated Content. You agree to use it at your own risk.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with various third-party services (e.g., Google, Meta). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zyro, its affiliates, directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
