Customers and Signals
See who is ready to buy, and tell your other tools
Customers and Signals is the Zyro part that sorts your shoppers into groups. Two of them are ready to buy and slipping away. Zyro can send those moments to 18 tools you may already use, like Klaviyo and Meta. It checks consent first.

Send shopper moments to the tools you use
A shopper moment is something a shopper does that your other tools can act on. Zyro can send:
- Full cart left behind.
- Checkout started.
- Ready to buy.
- Slipping away.
- Signed up through a pop-up.
On Shopify, "card declined" shows as "Coming soon" until Zyro's checkout tracking has data for your store.
No fake sales in your ad accounts
Zyro sends its own named events. It never sends standard Purchase or Add to cart events. It checks a shopper's consent before it sends their events to ad tools.
Ready-made Meta audiences
An audience is a group of people you can show ads to. Zyro makes two of them in your Meta ad account: "Ready to buy" and "Slipping away". It updates them every night. You need to connect Meta first.
Sales sent to Google Analytics
Every 10 minutes, Zyro's own computers send your sales and pop-up sign-ups to Google Analytics 4. If consent is missing, they wait.
Check your Meta ads land on the right page
Every 6 hours, AI checks how well each Meta ad's landing page keeps the ad's promise. Zyro lists the ads where they do not match. This needs Meta connected.
Where shoppers drop off
See the steps from first visit to purchase, the biggest drop, and the routes people took to checkout. This is in the Zyro web app.
Choose what counts as a win
A goal can be a purchase, reaching a page, a click, a scroll, or an event on your site. Free has 2 goals per store. Paid plans have 50.
Where to set it up
Signals are set up in the Shopify app or the web app. Meta, Google Analytics and the other connections are on Zyro's Connections page.
