What is attribution?

Attribution means working out which visits led to a sale. A shopper may see an ad, open an email, then search for your store before they buy. Each of those visits helped.

Credit for every visit, not just the last one

Zyro gives every visit in the shopper's path a share of the credit. It shows this next to "last click", where the final link clicked gets all the credit. Now you can see which ads start sales, not just which ones finish them.

Sales with no visit history sit in a "Not tracked" row. Zyro does not guess where they came from.

On Shopify, a sale counts when Shopify records a paid order and sends it to Zyro from Shopify's own server. So a blocked script never loses a sale. Test, cancelled and unpaid orders don't count, and refunds come off.

Is Revenue by channel really free?

Yes. It is on every plan, Free too, with 12 months of history. It stays free for good.

Why doesn't Zyro match what Meta says it sold?

Meta reports the sales it says its ads made. Zyro starts from your real orders and shows Meta's number next to what Shopify confirms.

What is the "Not tracked" row?

Real sales where Zyro did not see the visit before the order. Zyro lists them instead of guessing where they came from.

Can Zyro see sales that came from ChatGPT?

Yes. Visits from AI assistants, such as ChatGPT or Perplexity, show as their own source.

What if a shopper blocks scripts?

On Shopify, the order still comes straight from Shopify, so the sale is counted. If Zyro did not see the visit, the sale shows as "Not tracked".

How is this different from last click?

Last click gives all the credit to the final link a shopper clicked. Zyro shares the credit across every visit, and shows both views side by side.
