Sign-in and security

Installed from the Shopify App Store? You don't need a Zyro login. Open Zyro from your Shopify admin.

Ways to sign in

• Email and password. Use at least 8 characters. It can't be your email address or a common password.
• Continue with Google. Signing in with Google keeps you signed in.
• Continue with Microsoft, where the button shows. Work, school and personal Microsoft accounts work.
• Keep me signed in is ticked by default and lasts 30 days. Untick it on a shared computer.

Reset a forgotten password

1. Ask for a link. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password? and enter your email.
2. Open the email. The link works for 1 hour. Only the newest link works.
3. Choose a new password. Every other device is then signed out.

Sign out of other devices

Go to Settings, open Your profile and choose Sign out of other devices. This device stays signed in. Changing your password in Your profile does the same, and Zyro emails you to confirm the change.

Signed up with Google or Microsoft? You can set a first password in Your profile without a current one. You can also connect Microsoft there.

If it doesn't work

• "Your account is temporarily locked." After 5 wrong passwords, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes. Wait, or reset your password.
• No reset email. Check spam. Zyro sends up to 3 reset emails an hour to one address, so wait an hour if you've asked more.
• Microsoft says a Zyro login already uses this email. Sign in with your password or Google, then connect Microsoft from Your profile.
• Google says your email isn't verified. Verify it with Google, or sign in with your email and password.
• You need to change your email address. It can't be edited in Zyro. Email us from the current address.
