Signals are on every plan and work on any store with Zyro installed. On zyro.world, open Signals in the left menu. Open Signals in Zyro →
Connect a tool
- Pick the tool. Klaviyo, Omnisend, Postscript, Mailchimp, Attentive, Customer.io, Braze, Brevo, Drip, ActiveCampaign, Meta Conversions API or TikTok Events API.
- Paste its key. The form says which key the tool needs and where to find it. Zyro keeps it encrypted and only uses it to send.
- Connect. The tool shows under Send to your tools. Disconnect any time; Zyro then deletes the saved key.
What gets sent
Each moment has its own switch: card declined, started checkout, left a full cart, read reviews, lingered on the price, zoomed product photos, ready to buy, slipping away, signed up in a pop-up, and got a one-time code.
- Consent first. A shopper who said no to marketing is never sent. Ad tools such as Meta also wait for a yes where your store's cookie banner asks.
- Email tools need an email. Zyro sends a shopper to Klaviyo or Mailchimp only once they gave their email, for example in a pop-up or at checkout.
- Card declined on Shopify comes from Shopify checkout itself, so it shows as Coming soon until your store's Zyro pixel sends it.
See what was sent
The top of the page shows what was sent and what failed yesterday, and how many shoppers were held because they hadn't agreed to marketing. Recent sends lists the newest 20 from the last 30 days, with a CSV export.
If it doesn't work
- Failed sends. The key may have expired or lost a permission. Paste a fresh key from the tool.
- Nothing sent. Check that the moment's switch is on and that shoppers on your store give an email or allow marketing.
- Watchdog says Signals are failing. Open Signals and check the tool marked with a problem.
