Using Zyro

Visitors, customers and privacy requests

See who is on your store, who is ready to buy and who comes back, follow one shopper's visits, and erase a shopper when they ask.

Every plan

On zyro.world, open Visitors in the left menu, then Customers at the top of the page for the groups below. Open Customers in Zyro

The groups

  • Ready to buy now. Shoppers Zyro scores over 70 out of 100 who visited in the last 24 hours and haven't just bought. The score comes from what they did: products viewed, time spent, reviews read, cart and checkout steps.
  • Slipping away. Shoppers Zyro scores as unlikely to come back, over the last 7 days.
  • Waiting for restock. Shoppers who looked at a sold-out item in the last 14 days.
  • Come back rate and value per customer. From your store's own orders over 90 days, shown once 20 customers have ordered. They need order data: Shopify, or WooCommerce once connected.

Ready to buy and Slipping away can go to your email and ad tools through Signals, only for shoppers who allow marketing. Owners and admins can turn each group on or off on the Customers page.

One shopper

Open any shopper to see what Zyro saw: their score, the products they looked at, what they cared about (like sizes, returns or shipping), each visit, and any order linked to them. A shopper shows by email only once they gave it to your store; everyone else is a visitor from a place.

Erase a shopper (privacy requests)

  1. From their page: open the shopper and choose Erase this shopper.
  2. By email: on Visitors, open Privacy request: erase a shopper by email and enter the address.
  3. What happens: Zyro deletes everything it holds on that shopper for your store. Sales and test totals stay, unlinked from them. Data already sent to your email or ad tools is not touched, so remove them there too.

Only owners and admins can erase. Shopify sends its own shopper requests to Zyro, and those are handled automatically.
