Uninstall Zyro

How to remove Zyro from Shopify or any other site, and what happens to your plan and data.

On Shopify

  1. Open your apps. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps.
  2. Uninstall. Find Zyro and choose Uninstall, then confirm.

What happens next:

  • Zyro stops loading on your store, and your live offers switch off.
  • Your Shopify-billed plan ends.
  • If you don't reinstall within 48 hours, Zyro permanently erases your store's data. Reinstall sooner and it's still there.

On any other site

  1. Remove the snippet. Take the Zyro snippet out of your site's head, or delete the Zyro tag in Google Tag Manager and publish.
  2. Cancel a paid plan. Go to Settings > Billing and cancel in the billing portal. See Billing and cancelling.
  3. Remove the site. Open My sites and choose Remove. This hides the site, but its data isn't deleted.
  4. Ask for deletion. To delete your account and data, email hello@zyro.world from your account email.

If it doesn't work

  • Zyro still loads after you uninstalled. Your theme code may have an old pasted snippet. Search theme.liquid for zyro and remove it.
  • A Zyro charge after uninstalling. Check the date on your Shopify invoice, then email us with it.
  • You changed your mind. Reinstall from the Shopify App Store within 48 hours to keep your data, then check the Zyro Tracker app embed is on.
