Both cards are on the Profit tab of the Zyro app in your Shopify admin. WooCommerce stores see them on Profit in the web app, without stock checks or the coupon switch.
The Ad money card
- Three tiles: paid clicks, ad money, and products to act on.
- Products to act on, with the reason, and buttons to open the ad or the product in Shopify.
- Every product with paid clicks: clicks, ad money, stock, what a sale keeps after ads (est.) and how often it comes back.
- Check now reads stock again. If Zyro can't read stock yet, the card asks for product and stock access.
Where the money comes from
- Meta, ad by ad: with Meta connected, Zyro reads each ad's spend and clicks every 6 hours, and the product its link points to. Catalog ads give spend by product where Meta can tie it.
- Your store's own visits: a paid visit is one that lands on a product page with an ad click id (Meta, Google, TikTok or Microsoft) or as a paid visit from outside your store. Bots are left out.
- An estimate for the rest: paid clicks with no ad-level number share your unmapped ad spend per paid visit, marked est. It needs 100 paid visits in 30 days.
A sale keeps: the price after discounts, minus product cost, payment fees, shipping and money lost to returns (est.).
The four warnings
- Sold out but still getting paid clicks: stock says sold out, and it had 5 or more paid clicks in 7 days or any Meta spend.
- Sells out soon: at today's pace it could sell out within 7 days, and it gets 20 or more paid clicks or Meta spend.
- Loses money per sale after ads: 10 or more sold in 30 days, a known cost, and each sale loses money once ads are counted.
- Returned too often to advertise: 20 or more sold in 60 days, and 20% or more come back, at least twice your store's rate.
Alerts
- Today shows up to 5 cards, strongest first. The button opens the ad in Meta Ads Manager when Zyro knows it, else the product in Shopify.
- Watchdog has an hourly Ad money check. Paid clicks on a sold-out product open a problem, and Zyro emails you once that ad money reaches $50 a day.
- The Morning Brief names the products you can't ship that got ad clicks yesterday.
Zyro only alerts. It never pauses, edits or creates an ad. You stay in control of your ads.
The Returns card
- Switch between Products, Channels, Codes and Pop-ups. Every row shows Sales, Refunded and Kept, for orders from the last 60 days.
- A share shows from 10 orders. A row is flagged at 20% and twice your store's rate.
- On the Offers tab, each pop-up also shows what its sign-ups kept after refunds.
- Watchdog opens a problem when a product's returns jump: 5 or more refunded units in 14 days, at least twice what its last 60 days predict, and unlikely by chance.
Shoppers who send back most
A shopper with 3 or more refunded orders that are half or more of their orders in 180 days. Zyro shows each one as a short code, such as "Shopper 3f9a1c", never a name or email, with their orders, refunds and latest order numbers. The switch Keep them out of Zyro smart coupons leaves them out of the coupon batches Zyro sends. The switch is on Starter and up.
What to know
- Zyro reads refunds, not returns, so it has no return reasons or return label costs.
- The switch covers Zyro smart coupons only. Pop-up codes and your own codes are not filtered.
- Meta's days follow your ad account's time zone, so a few hours can shift between days.
