Using Zyro

Shipping and customs

What shipping really costs you, how many carts stall just under your free-shipping line, and how orders abroad go.

Every planShopify and WooCommerce

This page reads each order's shipping, cart size and destination, so it needs your store's orders: Shopify, or WooCommerce once connected under Connections. In the Shopify app it is the Shipping and Customs tabs. Open Shipping and customs in Zyro

Shipping

  • Shipping charged is what shoppers paid for shipping, from your orders.
  • Your shipping cost is your average cost per order times your orders, so it is marked est. Add your average cost on Profit (in the Shopify app, its Profit tab).
  • You cover is your cost minus what shoppers paid.
  • Cart sizes shows your orders by value. The amber bars are orders just under your free-shipping line: the line you entered, or the one Zyro sees in your orders (it says which).
  • Delivery times per carrier come from shipment tracking. Shopify sends it; WooCommerce orders don't send tracking to Zyro yet, so that card stays blank for them.

Customs

The last 60 days of orders shipped outside your home country, by country. For Shopify stores your home country comes from Shopify, and Zyro also shows the duties collected at checkout and orders where the shopper may pay duties at the door. WooCommerce orders don't say who paid duties, so Zyro shows orders and sales abroad only, and takes your home country to be where most orders ship (the page says so).

Not on Shopify or WooCommerce?

Zyro can't read shipping or destinations from other platforms yet. Tests, offers, revenue by channel, Watchdog and Signals still work on any site.
