Ways to install Zyro, and what works on each

Pick the path that fits your store. Each one has a quick check. A few features need order data from your store.

Every plan

The Shopify app

  • How: install from the Shopify App Store, then switch on the Zyro Tracker app embed. No code. Steps
  • Check: the Tracking check in Watchdog stops saying Not turned on.
  • What works: everything, including Today, real profit per sale, shipping and customs, and the checkout checks in Watchdog.

One snippet, on any website

  • How: paste your snippet into the head of every page. Steps
  • Check: in My store, choose Get script, then Verify installation.
  • What works: revenue by channel, A/B tests, offers, Signals, the Morning Brief and Watchdog's sales, tracking and page speed checks.

Google Tag Manager

  • How: add the snippet as a Custom HTML tag on all pages, then publish. Steps
  • Check: open your site in a normal tab; the visit shows up in Zyro. Verify installation can't see Tag Manager tags.
  • What works: the same as the snippet.

WooCommerce

  • How: the snippet, plus Connect WooCommerce on the Connections page, so Zyro can read your orders and what was in them.
  • Check: Profit says your orders are on their way, then fills in.
  • What works: the same as the snippet, plus Today and real profit per sale. Shipping and customs still need Shopify.
