Every funnel loses people. The trick is knowing where the steepest drop is, so your next test goes where the money is.
Where do funnels break?
Most stores lose the steepest share of shoppers between Add to Cart and Purchase — the stage known as cart abandonment. As an illustrative default, many storefronts see a large share walk away here, though your own numbers above are what matter.
Plenty of sites also leak earlier: a weak Session to Product View step points to a bounce problem, while a soft Product View to Add to Cart step points to a motivation problem. Visualizing all four steps tells you which page deserves an A/B test first.
How to fix each stage
Top of funnel (bounce): match your headline and hero image to the ad that brought each visitor in. Zyro tests pages per traffic source so a Google visitor and an Instagram visitor can each see their best version.
Middle of funnel (add to cart): test pricing presentation, social proof and product copy.
Bottom of funnel (checkout): remove friction — fewer form fields, a free-shipping badge near the button, and guest checkout.
